Hours: 

  • Full-Time

  • M - F 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

  • You can work outside of these hours if you are looking to earn more.  

Requirements: 

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

  • 1 year of Sales Experience, preferred not required

  • 2 years of Project Management Experience, preferred not required

As a Project Manager at Sean's Cabinetry, you'll be the driving force behind successful project execution. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct on-site consultations at clients' homes to assess their cabinet design needs, gather measurements, and understand their vision and preferences.

  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients during on-site consultations, considering factors such as space constraints, functionality, and aesthetic preferences.

  • Collaborate closely with clients to develop customized cabinet design solutions that meet their unique requirements and exceed their expectations.

  • Manage the HubSpot CRM system to track and organize client information, sales leads, and project details accurately and efficiently.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their cabinet design requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.

  • Provide clear and concise instructions to the drafting team regarding design specifications, measurements, and materials required for each project.

  • Review and provide feedback on draft designs created by the drafting team, ensuring they align with client requirements and adhere to company standards.

  • Present design concepts to clients and adapt designs based on their feedback, ensuring a personalized and exceptional experience.

  • Provide accurate estimates and quotes for cabinet projects, maintaining competitive pricing and ensuring profitability.

  • Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery, upholding our commitment to the highest quality.

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and interior designers, embodying our values of teamwork and servitude.

  • Actively seek new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and attending industry events, exceeding sales targets and contributing to our continuous growth.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and advancements in cabinet design, embracing a commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Conduct front end management of project details as well as a final walk-through to ensure quality standards were met on every project.
